Right of Withdrawal (Consumers Only)
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email or by post).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs
(except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).
Reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal.
We will use the same means of payment as used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.
Return of Goods
You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
The goods must be returned to our international fulfillment center located outside the European Union.The exact return address will be provided to you after you have contacted us to exercise your right of withdrawal.
You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
