§ 1 Scope and Definitions

Any conflicting or deviating terms used by you shall not apply unless expressly agreed otherwise.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed.

§ 2 Conclusion of the Contract
The subject matter of the contract is the sale of goods.
By listing a product on our website, we submit a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract via the online shopping cart system under the conditions stated in the product description.

The products intended for purchase are placed in the shopping cart.
After entering your personal details as well as payment and shipping information, you will be shown an order overview.
By submitting the order via the designated button (e.g. “Buy now” or “Pay now”), you legally accept the offer, thereby concluding the contract.
§ 3 Special Agreements on Payment Methods
Payment via Klarna
In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), we offer payment by invoice, installment purchase, and instant payment.
The use of these payment methods requires a positive credit assessment.

§ 4 Right of Retention, Retention of Title
You may only exercise a right of retention if it arises from the same contractual relationship.
The goods remain our property until full payment of the purchase price has been made.
§ 5 Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply.
§ 6 Product Use, Instructions & Medical Disclaimer
The product is accompanied by a digital instruction manual (E-Book) and additional safety and usage information included in the product package.
These materials contain application instructions, safety notices, and usage guidelines.
The customer is obliged to read and follow all provided instructions and safety information carefully before first use and throughout the entire period of use.
The provider shall not be liable for damages, adverse effects, or undesired results arising from improper use, failure to follow instructions, ignoring safety notices, or using the product for purposes other than those intended, provided that no product defect, intent, or gross negligence on the part of the provider exists.
The product is not a medical device and does not constitute a medical product within the meaning of applicable medical device regulations.
It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
The product is intended solely for cosmetic and wellness purposes and does not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment by a qualified healthcare professional.
If the customer has any medical conditions, health concerns, is pregnant, or is unsure whether the product is suitable for them, they are advised to consult a qualified medical professional prior to use.
§ 7 Choice of Law
German law shall apply.
For consumers, this choice of law applies only insofar as it does not deprive them of the protection afforded by mandatory provisions of the law of their habitual residence (principle of favorability).

3. Contract Language and Storage of Contract Text
The contract language is English.
The complete contract text is not stored by us.
Before submitting the order, the contract data can be printed using the browser’s print function.
4. Essential Characteristics of the Goods
The essential characteristics of the goods are described in the respective product descriptions on our website.
5. Prices and Payment Terms
The stated prices and shipping costs are total prices and include all price components, including applicable taxes.
Shipping costs are not included in the purchase price and are displayed separately during the ordering process.
Payment claims arising from the contract are due immediately.
6. Delivery Conditions
Delivery conditions and delivery times are specified in the respective product offer.
For consumers, the risk of accidental loss or deterioration of the goods passes to the consumer only upon delivery of the goods.
7. Statutory Warranty Rights
Statutory warranty rights are governed by § 5 Warranty of these Terms and Conditions.
